• Check in time is 4pm 
• To open the front gate door, type the code we provided.
• To open the front gate for driving in/out, type 1234 Enter
• To open the garage, type 1234 Enter
• Please close the gate, gate door, and garage behind you. To close the gate and garage, press "Enter" on the keypads, or press the remotes mounted inside of the garage.
• To unlock front door, press the "Yale" logo on the smartlock screen and type the code that was provided to you (+ the check symbol).
• When departing, even for a short period, please lock both front and back doors. Close both garage and gate behind you.
• To lock the front door, press the "Yale" logo on the smartlock screen and it will lock automatically.
• Parking: feel free to park in the garage and the driveway inside of our gate. Please do not park your car in front of our neighbor's driveway. The City will give parking tickets. We are not responsible for parking tickets incurred during your stay.

Check out

Check out time is 11:00am

If you brought a dog, please double check that they didn't leave behind any "droppings" in the backyard or frontyard.

Take out garbage/recycle to the brown bear box in the front driveway. (Garbage company comes to pick up every Tuesday)

All non-recyclables must go in the 30 gallon plastic can which is inside the bear box in the front driveway. All recycling must go in transparent blue bags and also put in the bear box.

To repeat, all recyclables must go in the transparent blue bags, or else the garbage company charges us extra fees.

Extra blue bags can be found under the kitchen sink.

Housekeeping

Garbage/recycling pick up is every Tuesday morning. We have someone who comes to pull the cans out to the street every Monday evening and back again on Tuesday evening.

Our gardeners visit for 1 hour, every Wednesday afternoon.

If you are staying longer than 2 weeks and would like to request a house cleaning service, please text or call to schedule our cleaner for you.

📺 Living Room TV

• Use the black Samsung remote to control the TV
• Press the Home icon to watch TV and stream shows
• You can press the microphone button and speak commands to the TV, such as "Play cat videos on YouTube."
• Stream Netflix, HBO, and YouTubeTV(with all cable TV channels) for free with our Guest account. Click Netflix -> Guest
• Login to your favorite streaming apps

❄️AC / Heating System

The Nest Thermostat is located upstairs next to the master bedroom door. Press the device to activate it and move left or right to adjust temperature.

Please turn off the system when away from the home to help conserve energy.

💡Lights

The exterior lights and water fountain are all on automated timers, so don't worry about turning off at night.

Turn off interior lights when leaving the home to help conserve energy.

🛋Fold Out Couch

The couch that's in the upstairs office folds out into a queen sleeper. Extra linens and pillows can be found in the master bedroom walk-in closet.

👔Iron

Iron can be found in the laundry room.

🛀Bathroom

• Organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in every bathroom.
• Blow dryer is in the bathroom cabinet.
